ABOUT
Maison Unet is a French-American design studio born from the meeting of architecture and wellbeing; where the shape of a room, the air it holds, and the materials it’s made from are treated with equal care.
Founded by sisters Alexa and Hélène Chiroussot, the studio grows from a family lineage of architects, designers, and makers, guided by an enduring belief that home is not a backdrop but an ecosystem, something that breathes, ages, and responds to the people who live within it.
Working between disciplines, interior architecture, antiques, and material research, Maison Unet explores how design can quietly support both body and mind.
With the guidance of their mother, Isabel Chiroussot, whose background in luxury interiors and antique sourcing continues to inform their eye, the studio blends inherited craftsmanship with contemporary care.

Through Les Intérieurs Vivants, their ongoing journal, they continue this inquiry: reflecting on how materials, light, and daily rituals shape both the body and the mind.

ISABEL CHIROUSSOT
PRINCIPAL DESIGNER & ANTIQUE SOURCING
Our studio is rooted in a shared love for home, passed down from mother to daughter. With over 30 years of experience in luxury residential interiors, Isabel brings a seasoned, soulful perspective to each project. Her intuitive sense of space, material, and proportion shaped how I see design and still does. Together, we balance generational perspective with fresh intention to create spaces that feel layered, lived-in, and lasting.
ALEXA QUINN
PRINCIPAL DESIGNER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
With roots in both architecture and biology, Alexa’s work explores how design can quietly shape wellbeing. Her projects move between interiors, materials, and objects translating research on health, comfort, and sensory experience into environments that feel tactile, restorative, and enduring.
WELL AP and LEED GA certified, she approaches every project as both a designer and researcher, guided by the belief that beautiful spaces should also support how we live and feel.

HELENE BOYETT
CO-FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
With a background in business, communications, and real estate, Hélène leads the antiques arm of Maison Unet with precision and intuition.
She oversees sourcing, logistics, and operations from negotiating acquisitions across France to coordinating shipments and catalog releases.
Her ability to balance structure with aesthetic instinct keeps the studio running smoothly, ensuring that every object, and every detail, arrives with care.
