Studio Notes is Maison Unet’s ongoing research library, a structured examination of the environmental conditions that influence everyday living. These chapters translate current building science and health research into practical residential considerations.

The aim is not to suggest that any home can be made perfectly controlled. Rather, the work focuses on measured reductions in avoidable exposures where design has meaningful influence. When addressed early and systematically, these decisions tend to compound.
